Quick and easy, and just the right amount of spice, these easy buffalo wings are a perfect weekend party or game day food! Keep on your keto goals while enjoying spicy buffalo wings!
One of our favorite meals is hot wings. It used to be hot wings and pizza, but since going keto, I don’t normally indulge in the pizza part. It’s a nice meal to have, as it seems to suit nearly everyone in the house, all the time.
Hot wings are our family “go to” when nothing else sounds good. You know those days, where you just don’t even want to think about food, let alone eat? (yeah, me either, but hang with me here). Whipping up a batch of wings is fairly simple and straightforward. Cook, season, and eat.
So easy the boy can do it. I gotta tell ya, with the Instant Pot, it’s even easier.
Easy buffalo wings in the Instant Pot are a snap!
If you needed one more reason to grab an Instant pot, this is it. All you need to do is add the frozen wings, add a cup of water, set it and let it do it’s thing. All while you are getting ready for the game, spending some down time reading a book, or just hanging out with the family.
Making buffalo wings in the Instant Pot truly is that simple. It takes about 45 minutes, start to finish, when it’s all said and done. This accounts for time to reach pressure, cook, and release the pressure. However, one of my favorite things about the Instant Pot is that it will hold your food at serving temperature for up to 12 hours!
You could easily start this recipe when you head out the door for work and finish it up when you walk back in the door. How cool is that? You don’t need to babysit the Instant Pot, as it can do it’s thing all on it’s own. Set it and forget it, truly! With only 5 ingredients, these easy buffalo wings are a hit for those days when you are just too tired to cook.
Best part? Even with the hot sauce, these easy buffalo wings are virtually zero carbs!
