Cooking for the Frenchman is actually very easy. He’s not that picky, unless it comes to replacing his sugary treats. But, I digress.
In our home, we love ground beef. In the past we would order an entire cow each year to feed our family of 5. With growing teens who were active in sports and worked out daily, it was far cheaper to fill their hungry bellies when ordering in bulk. Now that 2 of our birdies have left the nest, we no longer need to order an entire cow. We still love to eat our beef at least 2-3 times a week and ground beef is usually on the menu. The problem is what to do with it?

Don’t get me wrong, I do love the bunless burgers, but after a couple times, you need something new and exciting. Besides, hubby and the Frenchman would prefer a burger with a soft, gluteny, carby bun. They would rather not have bunless burgers at all. I’m glad they are willing to compromise to help me, though.
