Sweet, and sugar free, this low carb cheesecake recipe is the perfect dessert for your keto goals!
Staying on the keto diet doesn’t mean you can’t have desserts. It just means you need to be wise about them. You don’t want to have desserts with loads of sugar, or you will ruin your keto goals.
When the heat is on in the summer, the last thing most of us want to do is turn the oven on as well. So, we turn to no bake desserts.
What are some no-bake desserts I can make with cream cheese?
Fortunately, there is a sugar free keto cheesecake alternative! A low carb cheesecake that takes the creamy-ness of cream cheese, and adds the fluffiness of whipped cream. Next, it combines them with the sweetness of strawberries in easy to serve cheesecake jars!
These low carb strawberry cheesecake jars require no baking time, and are ready in less than 15 minutes. A simple and elegant dessert, even the sugar loving Frenchman loved this recipe!

Can you really have fruit on the keto diet?
That all depends. For a “lazy keto” or “low carb” diet, you can add just about any fruit you would like. For a stricter keto diet, you want to keep your fruit intake to a few berries a day. Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries are good choices.
I love adding fresh fruit to cheesecakes to brighten and lighten them up. Strawberries have less than 3 net carbs in ¼ cup serving, and are a great source of Vitamin C. This helps build a strong immune system.
Do I have to eat this crustless? Can I make a low carb cheesecake crust with it?
You could make a almond flour crust with almond flour and melted butter if you want. That would require baking first. I like the ease of no crust on them. It makes a truly no bake cheesecake recipe.
This is a great recipe to get your kids involved in the kitchen, too. It only takes a couple of steps for a delicious, keto friendly dessert to enjoy!
Does this no-bake cheesecake really taste like cheesecake?
The texture of this is more like a mousse than a classic cheesecake. It’s light and airy and the perfect amount of sweet. Erythritol is a gluten free, sugar free sweetener that is thought to have zero effect on blood sugar levels. No rises and crashes with it!

Would each serving be 3 net carbs?
each serving of this final recipe would be 6 net carbs. If you wanted to lower it, you could leave the strawberries off
This is all kinds of delicious, and I am loving the simple ingredients used to make it. I do have to make that almond crust to go with it though, I can’t have cheesecake without crust 🙂
