Do you crave extreme flavor on a low carb diet? Let’s get some flavor going with this restaurant style salsa!
One of my family’s favorite cuisines is Mexican. We all love the spicy, the fresh tomatoes, cilantro and white onion combinations. it doesn’t seem to matter what the dish is, all you need to do is add those elements, and maybe some cheese and sour cream and YUM!
This homemade salsa recipe is quick and easy. You can make this in less than 5 minutes in either a blender or food processor. It’s a great recipe, in my opinion, that will rival just about any Mexican restaurants.
Can you eat salsa on a keto diet?
That depends. For some who are on a strict keto diet, this low carb salsa may have too many carbs for them to enjoy. If you are on a “dirty keto” or low carb diet, this restaurant salsa would be a great recipe to enjoy.

Other Recipes To Try With This Salsa
How easy is this low carb salsa to make?
Super easy! You can decide how hot or mild this is by how many seeds and membranes you leave in the jalapeno peppers. For my family, I remove all the seeds and membranes. Even though we live in the heart of the Southwest, we are still wimps. 🙂
When cutting up your jalapenos, it’s best to use gloves to protect your hands. Don’t forget to wash your hands BEFORE going to the bathroom…just sayin~. You don’t want to ask…
Place all the ingredients in your blender and food processor and pulse for 15-45 seconds, depending on how chunky you like it. This salsa tastes better if you can allow the flavors to meld a bit before serving.
